Membership Update
The SABM Membership Committee and the Board of Directors wishes to thank Liz Dackiw, RN, Coordinator for Patient Blood Management (PBM), John’s Hopkins, for her hard work and support over the past several years as the Committee Chair. She passes the baton to the new Chair, Allison Jones, PhD, RN, CCNS, University of Alabama. We look forward to seeing our membership continue to grow.
The Annual Meeting Program wrapped up 2017 with a Mentorship "Meet-Up" in Portland, Oregon. After spending the year in touch via phone or email, it was a terrific opportunity for current Mentees and Mentors to finally get together face-to-face while aboard the Dinner Cruise, touring Oregon's Willamette River. The Mentorship Committee wishes to thank everyone who took part over the past year, and we look forward to supporting many new connections in the year to come. Let us know if you wish to become a mentor or mentee!
We'd like to extend a warm welcome our recent new members to SABM! You can find a list of our new Association participants at this link.
